Return & Exchange
When your order arrives, please make sure to check that there are no flaws or defects in the product and that there are no errors in your order, with the tags attached.
*Please note that we are unable to respond to items received after 8 days of arrival.
Defects (defacement or damage) or wrong goods due to our negligence
We make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered to you, but in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are defaced or damaged, or are different from the goods you ordered, we will exchange the defective goods for good or correct goods after you return the defective goods to us, cash on delivery. If a replacement item cannot be arranged, the payment will be refunded.
Please note that even in this case, we cannot accept returns for the following products.
- Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 8 days after arrival
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or cleaned
- Products with tags/labels removed or missing accessories
- Products that have been soiled, stained or scratched by the customer
- Products whose condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including box and accessories)
- Other products that are not eligible for return (e.g. products that have been repaired (e.g. sizing), discounted products, etc.)
