Bespoke begins with dialogue

Ordering Process

1. Booking a Consultation

Please reserve a time for your bespoke consultation from our contact form.
The date and time will be confirmed by email.

2. Consultation (approximately 60 minutes)

This is a quiet, unhurried conversation.
During the consultation, we consider:

Shape
Materials
Base, color, ribbons, and other details

3. Creation

Following the consultation, your hat is crafted in the atelier.
The production period typically ranges from approximately two weeks to several months, depending on materials and specifications.
Additional fittings may be arranged if necessary.

4. Delivery

Once the hat is completed, a final fitting is conducted before delivery.
If further adjustments are required, the hat will be taken back to the atelier for refinement.
