Ordering Process

We will contact you by email to discuss the basics of your order, and once we have an understanding of the approximate price and delivery date, we will schedule your visit to our atelier.

2. Hearing (approx. 1 hr)

1) Determine the shape
We will ask you about the style you want, try on samples and suggest hat shapes to suit your physique, face, usual clothing style and TPO, and decide on a rough design.
2) Determine the materials
Choose from natural grass materials such as panama toquilla palm and linen for spring and summer, felt for autumn and winter, other fabrics such as cotton, silk, wool, cashmere, vicuna and furs to suit your design.
3) Decide on the base colours, ribbons and decorations
We will inform you of the price and approximate delivery date based on these process 1-3.
The order is completed when the deposit has been received.

3. Production (2 weeks to few months)
If the hat is made from a wooden form or if necessary, a fitting may be requested at the temporary production stage.
4. Delivery
When the product is finished, we ask you to try it on. If there are no problems, we will hand it over to you as it is.
If adjustments are required, please try the item on again after making the adjustments.
Although we can send you the product, we recommend that you visit us in our atelier, not only to check the size, but also to give you advice on how to wear it and how to style it.
